Some people think that meat is not good for our health, and of course you have those who disagree.
People who stop eating meat, and start with vegetarian diet may notice some changes. You cannot expect to eat meat for so many years, and then to stop consuming it without any “consequences”.
Good news for those of you who want to lose weight is that if you stop eating meat, you will lose at least four to five kilograms.
